I shot these
photos of Kylie this past summer. She was a joy to work with, making
children's portraits seem like a piece of cake. She was definitely not
one of those squirmy kids who refuse to smile and burst into tears at
the sight of a camera, instead she giggled her way through the shoot.
I'd have to say that it was one of my favorite shoots to date, so I'm
surprised I didn't post photos right away! Please enjoy, she's so cute
it's almost impossible not to!

Shaina // Andres
Shaina and Andres, a match made in Chile. Shaina has been one of my closest friends in college, so when she asked me to come and take photos for her and Andres, of course I said yes! Shaina had lots of great ideas, and although he doesn't speak much English, Andres was great as well. And since we couldn't really have the shoot on a beautiful Chilean beach, sunny Messiah's campus worked as a perfect runner-up.

Jane, Alicia, and Marlaina: Senior Portraits
My three friends Jane, Marlaina, and Alicia all asked me to take senior portraits for them. Since we're all great friends, we decided to do the whole shoot together, and it was lots of fun. Each of these three women are beautiful new graduates, they deserve beautiful portraits! I also got to put my sick photoshop skills to practice in one of the shots....a very good learning experience. :)

Loni: Musician Portraits
My friend Loni plays guitar and sings and is beautiful. She asked me to take some portraits for her for a more professional image, and so of course I agreed! The ground was a little muddy due to the torrential downpours that will hopefully bloom lots of May flowers, but we worked around it and the photos turned out great! Here are my favorites.

Photo Friday: Lines
There is a line drawn from the present back into the past.
It should never be broken, or else the future
will look frightening indeed.
